The Zim Bling Buckle Collar

Inspired by a great little border collie named Zim, this double layer bling only design features a 1" wide Light blue heavy collar mounted on 1.5" wide Light blue back layer.  Hyacinth, Montana, and Aqua crystals adorn the top layer in a geometric wave pattern, and the back layer is lined with Hyacinth crystals as well.  Nickel 1" wide hardware.
