Stars and Dots UV Buckle Collar

Fun, Bold, Playful, Colorful!  This amazing 1" wide UV design features stars and circles in bright bold colors.  It is mounted on a 1.5" wide Amethyst back layer that is lined with *Aluminum studs in matching Green, Blue, Pink, and Purple.  Black 1" wide hardware.

*Note:  The finish on aluminum studs will wear over time, similar to that of black powder coated hardware.
