Sparkle BLUE Buckle Collar

The Sparkle design, but in shades of blue and purple!  This 1" wide Purple collar features both Shimmer and Sparkle vinyl and is mounted on a 1.5" wide Light Blue back layer, lined with Aqua crystals.  Nickel 1" wide hardware.
