Dandelion Transformation Buckle Collar

As this dandelion blows in the wind, it magically transforms into beautiful butterflies!  This 1" wide Amethyst collar features hand drawn HTV design with crystals in Sapphire, Violet, Amethyst, and Light Turquoise.  The White 1.5" wide back layer is lined with crystals of the same colors. Nickel 1" wide hardware.
